5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment without penalty.

If you cancel late or fail to attend your appointment, the no-show policy below may apply.

- you do not give the required notice to cancel or reschedule

If you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a no-show fee of full appointment fee using the card details you provided when booking.

This fee reflects the fact that your reserved appointment time was unavailable to other customers.

By booking an appointment and providing your card details, you expressly authorise us to charge this no-show fee where applicable.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. In some cases, we may be unable to see you at all, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
